I made a couple more In Bloom pillows for my charity quilt collaboration with Kelle Hampton, and they’re now up inĀ my Etsy store. In case you missed the memo, 15% of the proceeds for all sales of the items in this line of quilts and quilted items go to NDSS.
And since the sunshine was out yesterday while I was taking my photos, I decided to snap a few updated shots of older items so as to refresh my Etsy store a bit. True, we had a pretty mild winter, but there were a few items whose photos were a tad dark and didn’t really capture the vibrancy of the designs.
Much better.

Meanwhile, I’m back to patchworking a set of commissioned pillows and gearing up for a line of custom orders that will be keeping me busy for the next few weeks. Sometimes Spring fever makes it difficult to spend lots of time sewing indoors, but I seem to be evading that restlessness this year. First of all, I have my portable hand applique– and secondly, I’m simply loving the projects that I’m working on. Plain and simple, I’m happy to get both my doses of sunshine and a whole lot of sewing.

Pippa, I love your work. Cant wait to get started on my own !!
