The sun decided to come out today, so I thought I’d take my most recent fabric creations out for a little playtime…
I finished my Blowing Bubbles quilt a couple of days ago. And as I suspected based on my recent less-is-more theory, I liked it even better than its more complex predecessor.
Then I spent an afternoon stitching up these pillows for my latest patchwork commission (I promise, details soon!)
If you like the two side pillows, you can get their pattern here.
Sunshine, pillows, polka dots… sight. Life is good.
Speaking of sunshine (and the good life), I’m off to Puerto Rico for a few days– hand-sewing in tow, of course. I have big plans for lying on the beach, drinking pina coladas, and… possibly nothing else. I’ll be back to the blogging life soon; until then, I hope everyone else is enjoying a little color-filled, sunshiney goodness of their own.
